Food Vendors
\We are taking applications for food vendors for the 13th Annual Goad’s Classic Cruise In.
Car registration opens at 8 AM, September 19th. Last year’s event drew over 800 car registrations and over 6,000 spectators. Vendors will be expected to operate from 8 AM to 5 PM the day of the event.
Substantial publicity will be generated with radio, TV and Internet announcements, newspaper features, and standard mail advertisement. This event is managed by Goad’s Body Shop benefitting Rockbridge Area Hospice and is supported by contributions from many local business organizations and community members.
Please use this application to indicate your interest in a spot at this heavily attended event. Return the below application to goadsclassiccruisein@gmail.com prior to May 30, 2020. If you are approved, you will receive a confirmation email by June 14, 2020. We are sorry we may not be able to accept every applicant as we would prefer a variety of different food vendors at this event.

You will be directed to your space assignment by the on-site coordinators. Please do not set up without
being directed to your vendor spot.
All vendors must be onsite by 6 am to receive their assigned locations and ready to open at 8 AM on the day of the event, Saturday, September 19th.
Electricity Usage. There is no electricity provided. If you need electricity during the event you must bring your own QUIET generators and a long extension cord. Please make sure that all cords are taped down securely so people will not trip over them.
